Packages
Some orders will need to be shipped in more than one package. The number of packages needed to ship the order is not determined at the time of order, but at the time of shipping. If you would like information about the number of packages in your order, please call after your order is placed.
Shipping Procedure
● Each order is shipped by a courier and items come directly from our warehouse to your door.
● Every customer will receive a confirmation email after ordering. This email will contain a shipment tracking number and an order confirmation number for your records and tracking ease.
● The shipment will take five to seven days once the shipment has been processed.
● Someone over the age of 18 will need to be at the shipping address to sign for the package.
● We are not responsible for shipments sent to an incorrect address: check your shipping address for accuracy before submitting your order.

The tracking number that you will receive in the confirmation email will be preceded by a letter. if the letter before your tracking number is either an M or a V your package is being shipped via UPS.
